Examiners are due next month! Will your credit union pass the test? This program is designed to provide an update and teach you how to complete an ODP program checkup before examiners arrive. Since examiners will target specific issues in the examination process this year, this webinar will cover litigation, federal laws, state laws, and other ODP “hotspots” in this regulatory environment.
This informative session is designed for compliance staff, deposit operations, and management who are responsible for implementing a fair and compliant overdraft program.
PLEASE NOTE: The live webinar option allows you to have one telephone connection for the audio portion and one Internet connection (from a single computer terminal) to view online visuals as the presentation is delivered. You may have as many people as you like listen from your office speaker phone.
